Elva Verona Douglas Sands
Born in Manchester, Jamaica, Elva Verona Douglas Sands devoted decades to education before transitioning into law. She was called to the UK Bar as a member of Lincoln's Inn in 1987 and founded Douglas Sands & Associates in The Bahamas in 1992. Her commitment to education, justice, integrity, and generational wealth forms the foundation of The DS3 Group.
